These terms cover the use of this website, operated by Simple Willow Works.

By browsing the site you accept them; they are short on purpose.

You are welcome to read and link to it; copying it into commercial use without asking is not permitted.

We keep the site truthful, but details like prices, hours and availability can change before the page does.

The figure or time you rely on is always the one confirmed with us directly.

This site does not take payments by itself.

An order becomes final only after we have confirmed the item, the price and the delivery arrangements with you in writing.

We agree the delivery method and timing with each order individually.

Faulty or misdescribed goods are our responsibility to fix; contact us and we will sort out a return.

We are responsible for this site's content to the extent the law requires, and no further.

We are not liable for external sites we link to, or for decisions taken solely on the basis of general information published here.

We may update these terms as the business changes; the version published here is the one in force.

Material changes will be visible on this page.

The law of the place where Simple Willow Works is established applies to these terms and to any dispute arising from the use of this site.

If any clause here is unclear, write to hello@simple-willow-works.com and we will explain it in plain words.

A bespoke, made-to-order arrangement is confirmed only once the brief, price and collection or delivery date are agreed in writing. A deposit may be requested for larger commissions, and is applied to the final invoice.

The flower subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time before the next dispatch by writing to us; there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Payments already taken for a delivery that has been prepared are not refunded once stems have been cut for it.

Larger event work is scoped individually, including a site visit where useful. Because the material is grown to order, a booking cancelled with less than two weeks' notice may be charged in part to cover stems already committed with growers.

Flowers are a perishable product. Once an order has been delivered or collected in good condition, we cannot offer a refund simply because the arrangement has since faded — vase life varies by variety and season, and general care guidance is provided with every order.

There is no shop front; everything is arranged to order and either delivered locally or collected by appointment. Delivery areas and timing are confirmed individually and may be limited by what is in season and what a grower can supply that week.

Because the range is grown to order, a specific variety pictured or requested may occasionally need to be substituted for something of equal value and similar character if the harvest that week does not allow for it. We will always tell you before an order goes out if a substitution has been necessary.

Basic care instructions are included with every order, and following them makes a real difference to how long an arrangement lasts. We are always happy to answer a question about a specific arrangement after the fact, even if it falls outside a formal complaint, and a photo sent within a day or two of delivery helps us give useful advice rather than guessing at the problem.
